RD: Chapter 15
The Remans roughly grab hold of me while others take my weapons and pull off my body amour. Thanks, now I'm even colder! Then they roughly drag me down the corridors and turbolifts to bridge. Then they deposit me like a trinket in front of Praetor Shinzon.
"We found this "he says something in Reman I don't know. I'm sure it wasn't a compliment. "in engineering. She planted some sort of implosive device."
Shinzon stares down at me. He looks very different from the last time I say him. He looks ill with some human illness I'm sure.
"Tal Shiar," he says absently. "What are you doing here girl?"
"Enarrain t'Lark. Tal Shiar agent, class three. Agent code 4-8- lirth -"I answer.
"That's enough." He growls. "Even your Tal Shiar conditioning won't prepare you for our methods of interrogation-"Suddenly the ship lurches. Shinzon l
RD: Chapter 14
I blink as I materialize in a dark storage bay. In front of me there are two Remans bending over the computer console I need to get to. Unfortunately I can not use my disruptor as it would set off alarms. Quietly, like the silent huntress I'm pretending to be, I withdraw my honor-blade. Silently, I slip up behind the guards. Suddenly I reach up and twist his neck quickly, violently, just as I have been trained. There is a loud crack and I feel the bones of his neck pop beneath my hands. I pull back in mild shock feeling the fire of passion pumping through my veins.
The other guard spins on my suddenly like a cat. He's the first Reman I have ever seen in person. They are truly hideous creatures with mottled grey skin, sunken eyes, elongated ears, and protruding teeth. The lumbering creature attacks swifter than I expected but I still avoid the blow.

Personal Log; Ne'tal i-Tephon t'Lark; 4-5-Air
The Federation Starship Enterprise-E has arrived at Romulus and been orbiting for two days now much to the dismay of the Valdore's and I'm sure the Enterprise's crew. We were told we would be welcoming a delegation of Federation officers and have spent the last few weeks preparing. However that honor was given to the praetor at the last moment. It was not an enjoyable lunch I had with Donatra afterwards. She has grown, like many of the Romulans who back Shinzon's rise to power, untrusting of the new praetor. His outburst at a meeting of his collaborators does nothing to improve his standing with the officers. Of course that is technically classified.
Donatra believes the praetor has ulterior motive for bring the Enterprise here. The two most disturbing of which are that he which to create a very permanent peace treaty with the Feds or that he wishes to

Personal Log, Ne'tal i-Tephon t'Lark, 3-2-Air
It's my Naming Day today. I am 37 years old today. I'm sure someone will have some sort of surprise for me, so I must be extra careful today.
As for Romulus, we are expecting an important visitor, the U.S.S. Enterprise, E, I believe it is. That is an infamous ship. But according to Donatra is merely a peaceful mission. We shall see. I know that the Federation where our allies in the recent conflict with the Dominion. But I was a mere cadet then and not participating in the war. It also unnerved me that Aendah Donatra was concerned about the Enterprise's arrival. For the time being I must prepare our science section for a possible visit, no easy task.
On our planet the riots have currently ceased. Tarven is now dealing with the aftermath. He has been some what reclusive these days. I think they are working

The Next month passed by blissfully for the most part. Tarven recovered from his condition within a few days no worse for ware. He was however highly embarrassed which lead to a slowing in our relationship. It was probably a good thing though, we were moving very quickly.
Of course, I didn't really have much time for our relationship either. Two days after our Meeting with Shinzon the Valdore joined his ship the Scimitar in battle against the rest of our fleet. I am happy to report that the only causally in the science department was one of Chemistry experiments which fell apart and completely stunk up a lab for week!
However, after this battle, Shinzon was installed as Praetor. I would say what I feel, but it could be incriminating. Riots are now in progress. Tarven was sent to the surface along with a team of our medical personal to deal with the
RD: Chapter 10
I awake in the morning still feeling Tarven's kiss on my lips. Groggily I get into my uniform and make it down to the Lab. The next few hours are spent staring at the computer monitor and running various tests on the data collected. I work on compiling a 3-d model of the ship. Of course being an Enarrain now means I have to watch all the other departments and their projects. Finally lunch time arrives.
As usual I walk down to the medical bay to meet Tarven. However after a search and lots of stares from the nurses, I can not find him. Finally I ask one of the medics who informs me that Tarven is not working today. I stare at him confused for a few minutes then decide to visit Tarven's quarters.
"Security lock in place," says the computer as I try to hit the chime to Tarven's quarters. I chime anyways.
"Who is it?" Tarven growls from the inside after a few seconds.
Volpi. You will find that the story you tell
is very rarely your own. In Lucca,
even the smallest pebbles
breathe in the warm sunlight.
Knotted stones and cobbled roads
beat out a paper-dry heartbeat heat
my city breathes in and out,
inhales sparrow air.
It's writing a story.

You will find that in Lucca
the daisy chains forge fire

Teenagers intertwine. Tell me,
odd flower, are you still closed?
Here we are colored wax;
the heat of the city melts us.
We run into each other, rhapsody

Open up; feel the reds.
If not, try and see them. There is a place

you may learn something there.

You may enjoy intoxications. Still,
